US Wireless Inc. is wireless site development and management company established in 2001 to both develop, acquire and manage wireless site assets ranging from single sites to entire portfolio of lease assets. Working with national REITs and private equity firms, we seek out attractive acquisitions and long term site development and management opportunities.

US Wireless Inc. has a virtual team of experienced wireless industry executives who have over 140+ years of combined industry experience who have worked for wireless carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint as well as public wireless infrastructure companies such as SBA Communications.

THE FUTURE
​
As the wireless networks rapidly grow the need for faster data throughput calls for greater densification of networks through the use of small cell technologies. With the 5G standard set to emerge in 2020, wireless carriers are more focused on the broadband speeds and extremely low latency that will be needed to make the next generation wireless a reality. In addition, eliminating latency will enable faster deployment of IoT, AR, VR, etc., delivering more localized, edge computing.

MAXIMIZING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS

One of the key strategies of our company is monetizing wireless revenue from public and private rights of ways. These rights of ways range from railroad, state highway, utility transmission to public infrastructure, such as street light and utility poles, which are attractive deployment channels for tomorrow’s networks to facilitate faster wireless. The CTIA, the wireless industry trade group, is lobbying state government across the US to modernize the 1950's era utility, municipal and county regulations to allow wireless carriers to locate wireless antenna infrastructure on utility pole, street light and traffic control infrastructure.
VISION

In the next 10 years, we seek to enable utilities, state agencies, cities and towns across the US to help them convert and leverage their static utility pole, highway or street light pole and traffic control infrastructure assets into dynamic, recurring, revenue generating assets. Small cell antenna networks will transform and enable communities to get faster wireless data to improve their quality of everyday life and attract more commerce in their community.
